Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED: JULY 9, 2026

Welcome to Core Metric Marketing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lead generation services, website, and outbound infrastructure operated by Core Metric Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. The Outbound Engine & Setup Phase

Our engagement begins with a mandatory 14-day Technical Setup & Sanitation phase. During this period, we configure custom sending domains, align SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, warm up sending mailboxes, and perform database sanitations. This preparation is essential to secure primary inbox deliverability and protect your brand reputation.

2. B2B Retainer & Performance Fees

Our service structure is transparent and performance-aligned:

3. Lead Qualification & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our data. A "qualified demo" is defined as a calendar meeting booked with a prospect who successfully meets our agreed-upon ideal client profile filters (e.g. valid MX records, correct authority level, corporate size). If a booked meeting falls below these benchmarks, we purge the billing trigger and replace that meeting completely free of charge.

4. Client Capacity & Geographic Caps

To ensure high deliverability and avoid lead saturation, we restrict our program capacity to exactly three active partners per industry vertical within any regional market area. Your defined territory is yours exclusively while your campaign remains active.

5. Termination

We believe in collaborative partnerships without restrictive, long-term contracts. Campaigns operate on a month-to-month commitment unless specified otherwise in a custom service agreement. Either party may terminate services with written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Compliance & Use of Deliverables

We operate all outreach pipelines under strict ethical and technical guidelines. Clients agree to handle booked appointments with professional standards and maintain legal compliance on all follow-up communications.
